Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the nature of our custom-made and personalised products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Bags & Accessories

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your bag, or if it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help and find a suitable solution.

To request a return, simply contact us with photos of the bag and a brief explanation of your concern. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with our return address and further instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, please ensure the bag is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, cards and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with clear photos showing the damage.

We will offer a replacement of the same item if available. If the item is out of stock, a refund may be arranged.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage will be at the customer's expense, and a tracking number must be provided as proof of shipping.

Approved change-of-mind returns must be posted back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items have arrived and been inspected.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost by Australia Post or your local postal service, please contact the delivery provider directly.

We're always happy to help and will do our best to assist you in locating your missing parcel.
